ProHive Services, LLC operates a lead generation platform that connects customers with independent service providers. ProHive does not perform professional services and is not a licensed contractor.

When you submit a service request through ProHive, you consent to ProHive sharing the information you provide with relevant service providers so they may contact you regarding your project.

Users agree to provide accurate information when submitting service requests and agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to disrupt or damage the platform
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes

ProHive connects customers with independent service providers. ProHive does not employ, endorse, or supervise these providers.

ProHive does not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services performed
• The accuracy of pricing or quotes provided
• The completion of any project
• The licensing, insurance, or qualifications of service providers
• The outcome or satisfaction of any service

All agreements, payments, and services are arranged directly between the customer and the service provider. Customers are responsible for verifying contractor credentials, licensing, and insurance where applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProHive shall not be liable for:

• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Financial losses
• Disputes between users

Use of this platform is at your own risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
